You may return most items purchased from Phonezonegear within 9 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided that the product is in its original, unused condition. The following conditions apply to returns:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must not have been customized (e.g., personalized or engraved).
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards or any form of digital product.
  • Items marked as final sale during checkout or promotional periods.

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@phonezonegear.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: It may take up to 7-10 business days for your refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  • Refund Amount: The full price of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping fees (unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect).
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions to return the item at no additional cost, and a full refund or replacement will be issued.

7. Late Returns

Returns made after the 9-day return period will not be accepted unless the product is damaged or defective. Please contact our customer support team if you have any concerns about your return eligibility.
